„Bavadon” Ltd. is construction entrepreneurship company, specialized in residential building. During the seventeenth years history we have endeavored to maintain very high standards in the implementation of our work and in the communication with our clients.

As recognition of the good work, the company was awarded from the Bulgarian Construction Association. with ‘Golden Plumb’ for the best residential building in the city of Varna in the year of 1999th.

History

As a company with limited liability, Bavadon Ltd. is established in November, 1992 by three business partners- Kristina Bogdanova Bandeva, Georgi Atanasov Valkov and Svetlozar Venedikt Donov. Тhe main dealing of the company is: projection/designing, building, and construction entrepreneurship. For the period of 1994-2018, we have designed, built, and handed over sixteen residential buildings with the permit of use, each one with total floorage of 1200square meters to 4100 sq.m., as well as few custom ordered smaller houses and villas. This is why the main specialization of the company is the construction through the entrepreneurship mean.

Control of the quality

The priority of our work has always been the high quality of the completed construction product, offered to the client. We have accomplished this by paying special attention to the projection stage, striving to construct functional properties, conforming to all normative requirements, related to the property square footage, exposure, illumination and etc.

The process of construction, specifically the performance of the ferro-concrete carrying elements of the building is uncompromisingly monitored. During the completing details of the construction work we pay primarily attention to the heat and waterproofing of the building, regarding the quality of the utilized materials, аs well as strictly following their technological requirements when executed.
